Smoke Free Living

Breathe Easy in a Smoke-Free Environment! At Pomeroy Apartments, your health and comfort are our top priorities. We are proud to offer a 100% smoke-free living environment to ensure the highest air quality and a clean, vibrant atmosphere for all our residents. To maintain this standard of well-being, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all apartment homes, on private balconies, and throughout all indoor and outdoor community common areas. Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with a fresh, clean-air community.

Pet Policy

We are proud to be a pet-friendly community and look forward to welcoming your cats and dogs to their new home. To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone, we allow a maximum of two pets per apartment. While we love our four-legged residents, please note that specific breed restrictions apply, including Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, and other breeds mentioned in our full community guidelines.


Pet Fees:

  • Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $350 per pet
  • Monthly Pet Rent: $40 per pet
